Freestyle disco class focuses on energetic, individual dancing to upbeat music, often combining disco-inspired movement with modern freestyle technique. Unlike a fully choreographed class, dancers are encouraged to develop their own style while learning useful steps, turns, kicks, jumps, arm movements, and performance skills.

Classes usually include a warm-up, technique and fitness work, short movement combinations, musicality, and freestyle practice. The aim is to improve coordination, stamina, flexibility, confidence, rhythm, and stage presence while giving dancers the freedom to express themselves through both fast dynamic movement & slow controlled movement.
