I understand & agree that parents are not allowed into the studio during classes for safeguarding reasons.

I understand & agree that during shows I am not to record or take videos.

I understand & agree that during competitions I can only record/take photos of my own child/children.

I understand that mine/my child's information will only be used by the academy and not passed onto to any 3rd parties.
