An Acro Babes class is an introductory class for younger children that teaches the foundations of acrobatics in a safe and supportive environment. It’s suitable for people with little or no previous acro experience.

Classes usually cover balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and body control, while introducing basic skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges and simple partner or balancing exercises. Skills are taught progressively, with a focus on correct technique and building confidence before moving on to more advanced movements.

It’s a fun way to improve overall fitness, learn new skills and develop confidence at your own pace.
