This mixed-level Acro class is designed for beginners and intermediate students who want to build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence while developing their acrobatic skills.

Beginners will learn essential foundations, including safe technique, body positioning, basic balances and introductory tricks, while more experienced students will work on progressing and refining their existing skills. Exercises and variations are adapted to suit each student’s individual level, allowing everyone to be challenged at their own pace.

Classes combine conditioning, flexibility, balance and acrobatic movements in a supportive and encouraging environment, with a strong focus on safe progression and correct technique.
